Booking
How do I book a Casa Retreat?

At Casa, every retreat begins with a conversation. We invite you to a discovery call first, to be sure our experience aligns with who you are and what you're seeking. The people in the room are as important as the yoga, the food, and the setting.

How much does a Casa Retreat cost?

Pricing varies by destination. France 2026 begins at €4,900 per person for six days. Portugal 2027 begins at $6,000 USD. All pricing is all-inclusive: exclusive use accommodations, daily yoga, chef-prepared meals, and programming.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment structures on a case-by-case basis to make joining Casa more accessible. We also recommend that all guests purchase international travel insurance for peace of mind.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are outlined at the time of booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive international travel insurance to protect your investment.

Experience
What is included in my retreat?

Your stay is all-inclusive: exclusive use accommodations in a private home reserved entirely for the group, daily yoga and breathwork led by senior teachers, chef-prepared meals, curated experiences, and on-site amenities. France 2026 includes Nordic baths, a saltwater pool, and a dedicated yoga studio in the Aveyron.

What is NOT included?

International flights, travel insurance, off-site excursions not listed on your retreat page, spa treatments not specified, and personal incidentals are not included.

What does a typical day look like?

There is no rigid schedule — only a rhythm. Mornings begin with movement: yoga, breathwork, or a walk. Breakfast follows at a long table. Afternoons are open: rest, swim, read, explore the property. Evening brings a curated dinner and quiet. You are welcome to opt in or out of any element.

What makes Casa Retreats different from other luxury yoga retreats?

Casa is held exclusively in private homes booked on an exclusive use basis — never hotels, never shared retreat centers. Groups are kept under 14 guests. There is no spiritual agenda, no transformation promise, no performance expected. Casa was built for people who want something quieter, more considered, and genuinely private.

Yoga & Practice
Do I need yoga experience to join?

Not at all. Casa works exclusively with teachers who have 15 or more years of experience. They meet you exactly where you are. Sessions are never performance-based — you are welcome to modify, rest, or simply observe.

Is yoga required every day?

No. Yoga is an invitation, never a requirement. You are welcome to skip a session without explanation. Casa is not a yoga bootcamp.

Who It's For
Who are Casa Retreats for?

Casa is for people between 34 and 58 who care how they spend a week. Most are senior professionals, founders, creative directors, doctors, and lawyers — based in New York, London, Miami, Austin, and beyond. Guests join as solo travelers, couples, and close friends. The common thread is taste.

Who are Casa Retreats NOT for?

Casa is not for anyone seeking a healing journey, a spiritual awakening, a coaching program, or a heavily programmed itinerary. There are no ceremonies, no plant medicine, no gong baths, and no promises of transformation. Casa was built for people who don't need to be changed.

Can I come alone?

Yes — and most Casa guests do. Strangers arrive and leave as genuine friends. Guests regularly continue practicing together, visit one another, and stay connected long after the retreat ends.

Locations
Where does Casa host retreats?

France (the Aveyron, Southern France — inside the UNESCO Causses and Cévennes biosphere), Portugal (Wild Atlantic Algarve, Spring 2027), Mexico (Sian Ka'an UNESCO Biosphere, Riviera Maya), and Costa Rica (Pacific coast near Uvita). New destinations are added quietly each year.

Are retreats held in private homes or hotels?

Private homes only. Every Casa retreat is held in an estate booked on an exclusive use basis — no other guests, no hotel lobby, no shared pool with strangers. The whole property is yours for the week.

What is exclusive use?

Exclusive use means every bedroom, common space, and outdoor area is reserved solely for the Casa group. No other guests share the estate during your stay. This creates a level of privacy and intimacy that no hotel or shared retreat center can replicate.
